A IKEv2 VPN Server is required. We need a windows server 2008 R2 configured with RRAS to let users connect to the server using BlackBerry and Windows Phone 8.1 devices. The main purpose is to let users bypass content filtering firewalls using their windows phone or blackberry smart phones. RRAS is needed to be configured to work with RADIUS.
