I would recommend using colyseus network framework instead of photon, because it has a much more robust room system and a very user friendly service monitor, and, you can host it on your own or use their hosting service "Arena" I can do the client and server implementation for you, as I have used the framework for a personal project of mine before, I would need more details about your game mechanics, so I can make the server responsible for all the calculations of the players actions to reduce the chances of cheating. I'm looking forward to be working with you :)
