I have an IT majoring in application development. I have experience making this kind of app. There seems a bit of work here but it is possible to get it done. I recommend SQLite for the database with Java for coding and XML (and Java) for the interface -these are typical of an Android application. I would be developing and testing on a Samsung Galaxy S4. I will bid with the milestone of "Complete". I need to see the project criteria properly to give a proper estimation of completion time. If the user interface is simple this should be fairly easy for me and I would likely get it done in the one milestone. I have experience making android apps similar to this. I would make this using ECLIPSE IDE, I recommend you set that up at your end so that I can update you of my progress regularly. I code thoroughly: good naming convention, efficient methods, appropriate commenting. You will get a better grade if you select me. I can do this project for you.
