Get geolocation configured for my food delivery app

Hi, i can definitely enable the Location feature in the app so that it detects user's location automatically. I have experience in Google's FusedLocationApi. I didn't quite understand last line of the description: "Also need to configure the address section to reflect how we do addresses here in the US. It's set up a little different.".
