Help me turn a mobile app template into a full game

READ UNTIL END, I AM NOT IN RUSH ALSO, PLEASE GIVE LINK TO RESUME, PORTFOLIO, AND PRICE IF POSSIBLE I need to take a mobile app template, and turn it into a finished game, and I also need to do something that maybe a little bit difficult. I need to take the game, and instead of 2 player, it says ONLINE and matches them with online player. :) Should not be too hard. Just basically help me manage an app, some assets, and then show me how we can get the game to be online. game will have some basic graphics handled by me and my art director. connects online, ranks players, works on many devices. I know you want to bid first, but please, take your time, i take very long to pick. I need someone who can help me for real, nto quick, perfect. Ranking displayed. Settings. Color changing settings, basically full knowledge of editing game either in unity or whatever (flash for all I care, but even in app I think Apple blocks) If you know Objective - C or just Java, I care MUCH MORE about Android !!!
