Before you accept the bid, i want to make sure we are in agreement of the functions and limits of the project. As i understand you need a new standalone project which is able to do complete some basic functions including registering books, importing data from a CSV, registering Sales and making a simple report. but i need you to answer several questions before developing the software, for starters: will the project be run from a single machine? is ACCESS acceptable as a DataBase manager? is there a student ID on the CSV file? the one selling the books will be a student from the CSV file? if so the one buying will also be in that list? what info you need to register for each book? are which classes use each book relevant to the program? will there be a register on who brought each book? do you need to print a sale receipt? do you have a format example for the report? and isn't Excel a better format for the report data? is not that i can't use word but i am considering possible future manipulation of said data. and do you have a sample CSV for testing? so far i picture a program with 3 main views one for registering sales one for management including importing CSV, registering new books and perhaps edit student data and one for generating the report
