Hello there! This a very interesting project. I've developed a similar control panel for nginx(minus a few features) for a personal project after getting tired of writing bash scripts and writing Python scripts to manage those scripts. I built the control panel using an open-source hosting conteol panel and extended the functionality to handle proxy management, nothing too fancy but I can extend it to include the features of proxy portal or customize it to your specific needs.
