484270 Pop up script not working properly.

We need someone who can fix a 'popup script' which runs just fine when 'called' into a standard html page but doesn't render properly when called into the pages of a directory which are dynamically produced. The details of this problem are outlined in the attached text file. That text file provides a link to a html page that works just fine with the popup and a link to a page within a directory which shows the rendering problem you need to solve. Basically the problem is that the input box into which a visitor must type their name and their email address isn't rendering properly in the page called into the directory system whereas it is in the standalone html page. If you bid on this project I must make it very clear that we will NOT PAY unless the chosen programmer can solve this problem. No fix means no PAYMENT. Therefore please do not bid on this project if you have any doubt about your ability to solve the problem.
