C# - .Net - OpenStreetMap Project(repost)(repost)

Looking for people who have experience in asp.net or Silverlight who have used OpenStreetMap instead of map technologies like GoogleMaps and BingMaps. Have a look at the specifications and see what you can do. You don't have to be able to do everything, but just indicate the parts and also the price. Specifications:- 1) Plot a series of pre-fixed points with markers positioned on the map (maybe 5 points), with different styling of the lines between the points. There's a couple things I would like to see if we can try here. a) A solid colour filling for the gradient line (i.e. red) b) Taking the line colour filling a step further, if we can cycle through a set of colours. Maybe we can create a collection of colours that will be cycled through. Therefore the line total length should contain all the colours and transition between the colours in equal parts for the total length of the line. c) Extending on the (b) demo, I would like also to be able to specify a fixed length for some of the colours in the collection, and for the rest of the colours to be evenly distributed amongst the length of the line that is left. d) Extending further on (c), I would like to be able to provide an offset value so that we can simulate the colours moving along the line. For example, should we create a 5 sided pentagon, with a colour line being colours red, green and blue, by providing the offset the red, green and blue would move by the specified offset value (maybe as a percentage would be best), so that we create an animated circular rotation of the colours around the 5-sided shape. 2) For a marker, if we can create a couple different custom info boxes, along with the normal info box for a marker when the mouse is hovered / clicked on a marker. One of them I would like a rounded corner, speech bubble point coming out from the bottom of it to the marker. Whilst displaying the info box, can we specify a width and height, and also have a parameter whether to ensure that it is visible in the display. I look forward to hearing from you.
