Tool to migrate websites, users and file permissions from one machine to another

Migrate IIS5 sites to IIS6, Windows users and fix ntfs (sid) file permissions to match newly created Windows users ## Deliverables I have an IIS 5 web server running on a stand alone server which needs to be migrated to IIS 6 on another stand alone server. Both machines are not part of a domain. I will be using Acronis's TrueImage to copy the websites' files while keeping the (ACL) NTFS permissions. I need a script(s) or a .NET program (using active directory libraries) to do the full migration and must meet these requirements: Run the tool on the IIS 5 machine which will do the following: 1- Export the Windows users and their associated groups definitions into a text file. Ignore the built-in users (administrator, guest.. etc) 2- Read the IIS 5 metabase and export all the websites' info, including their names, home folder location, anonymous user name (each site has a different user, not same IUSR_machinename), folder name for the log file, the bindings (ip addresses). I will be doing a global find and replace on the export file to change the paths and ip addresses to match the new machine's paths and ip addresses Run the tool on the new machine and read the export files to recreate the users and groups and the websites. I will copy the files using TrueImage. Because now the users SIDs do not match on all the folders, the tool needs to scan all the folders starting from a root folder and FIX all the SIDs so that the ACLs match the same older permissions by matching the user names. For example, if I have a user JohnDoe on old machine, the same user needs to be created on the new machine and all files that had this user in their security permissions need to have the proper new sid instead of displaying an old SID number from the old machine.
