CSV Billing System

This project is simple in principals however there are a couple of extra things which will provide an extra challenge. Essentially we need a system which can import two csv/excel files, produce multiple bills from that information, then provide us with the ability to batch e-mail the bills or batch print them along with corresponding DL envelope’s (it will fetch their address from a database, it would essentially print out all of the bills then ask you to place the envelopes into the printer and then would go ahead and print out the required addresses on the envelope). Regarding the bills themselves, the only tricky part is that they need to accept two different types of dollars, where some fees will be charged in the one type of dollars and the other fees will be charged in the other type of dollars. At the end of the bill these need to be categorised to show how much in total for dollars A and dollars B. It gets a bit tricky because the total dollar amount of an individual item on the bill might be a certain percentage payable in dollars A then a certain percentage payable in dollars B. And then on some items they might all be payable on dollars A or Dollars B. Sample output will be provided, to explain this and how we expect it to work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 32
