C++ File Management program

A program receives a file from the PC serial port, storing it to disk and inmediately relaying the file to a host in the network. Attached are the details about the file manipulations in SPOOL3project_and_docs.zip. It contains a MSWord document with the enumeration of file manipulation activities to be programmed, illustrated with it's corresponding screen-shot. Also included is the MSVC++ with the actual screens and the existing communication class, which will not be coded. Perl acivities have been completed, so they are not necessary. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
