Image Editing Application

I have developed an application that is similar to Adobe Photoshop 6 that I am attempting to sell the source code to. Any reasonable ammout will be concidered. This application is not finished, however it is approximatelly 60% completed. I am also porting the image filters as well as some of the graphics tools to a C++ dll to increase speed.
