I want a simple console-based or window-based program written in unmanaged C++ that detects when the mouse pointer hovers over any text in any window (editable or not), and displays the word (i.e., sequence of characters delimited by space) which is directly under the mouse pointer. I do not want it to return the contents of the entire edit area or control, but specifically the word under the mouse pointer. To test this, I will use Internet Explorer, Firefox, MS Word, MS Excel, WordPad, and notepad.
## Deliverables
Must be unmanaged C++ executable that is generated through Visual Studio 2008, and runs in XP, Vista, Server 2003, Server 2008.
