I have a potential client that needs to have a database of all chiropractors. We want consumers to be able to come to the website, find their state and then county and then their chiropractor.
At that point the consumer can rate their chiropractor based on 5 elements (price, customer service, etc) and leave comments if wanted.
I've never done anything like this before and need a competent coder to help me through the whole process (creating it, "installing it" etc).
Please let me know if you have more questions. I'll be glad to answer them.
