Complete Forum Setup & Updates

A working forum has been install on database at [login to view URL] , job left half done, need completed Job description, 1)Update forum software to latest version if needed. 2)Need the forum to be placed on the page to the right of the left menu and extend all the way to the right border of the web page. 3)All blue colors to be changes to match greens of website and main menu and text to black 4)Be in the same working order on all web browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox and IE8) Any questions do not hesitate to contact me.
