Developing web applications

I am working on some web applications and have to add some customizations to the webpages which is not very difficult. I want a guy who can do the java, jsp and xml [login to view URL] is called "Documentum" and it has user interface called "webtop" and I doing some customizations in [login to view URL] can use website : "[login to view URL]" "[login to view URL]" I want somebody who is very good in JAVA,JSP and XML. Please let me know , I can pay some good money and it will be long projects and safe and regular payments.
