Automated Twitter Tweet Poster for Multiple Accounts

Automated Twitter Tweet Poster for Multiple Twitter Accounts I have a simple working model that posts to Twitter, however I need the ability to add MULTIPLE Twitter Accounts ( 1500+ Accounts ) which will each have their OWN Tweet List Database of 500 different Tweets. In addition I would like the Tweets for each Account to be sent at a RANDOM time between 10 Minutes to 1 Hour. So their would need to 2 simple Databases: 1 Database for Twitter Accounts 1 Database for 500 Tweets I assume this would require some knowledge of the Twitter API and MySql Databases. This could possibly be run from my PC or Possibly from my Server. I AM OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS AS TO THE PROGRAMMING PLATFORM USED! In addition I would like to have the program use Proxies for Posting, I would like to be able to turn this feature ON or OFF. DO NOT MAKE HIGH BIDS BECAUSE THEY WILL BE REJECTED. THIS IS NOT A COMPLEX PROJECT AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED IN ABOUT 3 HOURS MAXIMUM BY A KNOWLEDGEABLE PROGRAMMER.
