457032 Web call Script (Ajax/Java/Php/etc)

I need someone to build a web app which will be able to make calls to virtual phone through the webpage. It will work like below 1. user1 will open web page and will select 1 of 2 options: call or assigne his number 2. in assigne number options he will just put his number(any) and will be active for receiving call 3. user2 will open the same web page and select call function. in new page he will put number to call . user1 will hear ring and answer to call, thats it. It should be easy to do for good programmer. thank you. regards Kanan
