I need a custom built CMS (PHP/MySQL) where clients could manage every aspect of their website. In the CMS users would be able to create, add, edit delete pages and all content within. I would need a couple of basic template structures (prefer tableless CSS) in which I could edit accordingly. The admin functionality MUST be very user friendly and not only give the above ability to create, add, edit pages and content but also allow the user to create an online form which could be used on any of the pages, upload .pdf files or other doc types, upload and have images resized. Basically all the bells and whistles including option of a photo gallery. They would also have the ability to add sub pages to the pages, which would then automatically create a submenu system on the templates.
