172824 Live Advice Script (phone)

Project should be a complete functioning script with data base, which can be added into an existing web site: (no preference of type of coding (you're the expert!)) The script should make it possible for: - clients to deposit money in their account which they open at the website. - clients can use this money to make calls to the registered psychics. (they select the psychic and the system will call them and the psychic, or they can call a 800 number and have dial an extension number) - If the money is under a certain limit, a message will be played, notifying them of limited funds and the call being ended soon. - Money will be deducted from from the client's account and added to the psychic's account. - Psychics will register and once approved being able to create their personal webpage. - Psychics also must indicate if they are off or online (either through their admin panel or other smart solution) A control panel, will allow for approving accounts, review of accounts and registering the money added to accounts and the money earned by the psychics. Monthly Statements will be produced and send by email. Payments to the psychics will be done manually.
