additional work on existing php site

need to add functionality to an existing site. The site has login and registeration features etc yet needs to incorporate some algortihms to allow additonal functionality. please see deliverables ## Deliverables 1)The home page must have different categories for items eg. electronics, games, clothes etc. A few items and their pictures must be displayed centrally. 2) Upon successful log in, user is directed to their account page showing their full transaction history, items they have bookmarked etc. Also allows user to change account details such as credit card, password etc. 3) Once logged in, if user clicks on the "browse" page they are directed to a list of categories and sub categories. In each subcategory they can view multiple items. The site must have a search facility which allows the user to search for items by entering words or numbers of their choice. 4)If they select an item they are offered the opportunity to buy this item. 5)a LINK to a viable payment system must be provided from within the website. Note the need for credit card encryption etc is NOT required on the site. (i.e just a link to paypal). 6)After a transaction has been completed both the buyer and seller must leave feedback for each other . Feeback must be visable to each user 7)The site must have a search facility which allows the user to search for items by entering words or numbers of their choice. 8)The site must provide a working email notification system that notifies a user of key actions taken i.e account created, bookmarked items ending within a certain time, product bought .......................................... 10) Documentation to include SQL statements used in the program and explanation of key concepts. 11) Logical easy to follow well commented code must be provided to enable future enhancements to be carried out independently. 12)Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 13) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables. intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 14) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
