Experienced c# developer for Windows Forms Application

You must be experienced at developing quality, reliable Windows Forms applications using C# 2.0 or 3.5. The application requires experience of using FTP. You will be downloading a text file and parsing through it and inserting its contents in to a SQL Server database. You must have good English, be available for more than a few hours per day and be used to regularly sending progress updates.
