2 C# GUI Component

Hi, I need a professional C# developer that will develop 2 C# UI component for [login to view URL] I will use this components in my application. The bidder must be an C# expert and a proffesional. Please only send message if you developed C# components and expert in GDI+. I will develop a Ms Visio like application. The two components are a drawing panel(Design Surface) that will be the background of application. and a base class for objects that user will place on pane. Please see visio and use it for layout plans to understand what i want. I dont want all features of visio objects , only need some but I need panel must support zooming ,scrolling. panel must support drag and drop, that objects will be placed by dragndrop. Support multiple graphical elements such as text, pictures, and shapes. Allow movement and rotation of those elements. Support drawing to the printer as well as to the screen. Allow finished compositions to be saved to disk and loaded back into the design surface. Visually represent printer page boundaries on the screen to make it easier to position elements relative to the printed page. objects must support resizing, turning. So base class must support these. during drag operation object must be visible on mouse cursor. I will add objects a leftside toolbar and user will plac e them by drag and drop on the drawing panel. This will be a layout software. I will need the code and well documentation (in code maybe) so i can add new futures to components. Don't forget,I will use this components in a profesional software so I want profesional components.
