We are looking to contract someone to build an application that can retrieve documents from KnowlegeTree. Here are the parameters for the application. The application needs to be a standalone, 32 bit application (.exe), developed in C# and is compatible with .NET versions 2.0 and higher. When called, this application will read data search values from an XML file (in a format we will provide to you before you start the project). Once the data is read, the application needs log-in to KnowledgeTree (credentials to be read from a configuration file), issue a query to the KT API searching for the extracted values both within the full text of documents and within index fields (document attributes). If one match is found, the document should be retrieved in its native application's viewer. If more than one document is retrieved, a hit list should be displayed using the normal KnowledgeTree user interface. All login credentials should be passed in automatically so the user is brought directly to the hit list page in KnowledgeTree. Let's assume we are going to use the REST interface. The application should be compatible with KnowledgeTree versions 3.5 and higher.
