Windows Firewall on the fly Conf

Hi This is an additional to a previous bid request - "On-the-Fly Configurable Firewall". Having thought about it, maybe using the internal Windows Firewall to do what I want would probably be eaiser ( and cheaper !). Can it be manipulated in the following way? NETSH commands? I should point out that I DO NOT require an enterprise level solution at this stage - the amount of users Im wating to filter is very small currently - less than 50 this year. If your code is good, we can always get together again in a years time and upgrade. what I need is the following: Essentially a web front end to the windows firewall. A user puts in a username and password which is checked against an internal database (which you will create). If authentication is sucessfull, the firewall (which up to this point has been completely closed apart from 80) opens to THE IP ADDRESS OF THE CONNECTING USER ONLY. ALL OTHER USERS REQUESTING AT THAT TIME STILL FACE A CLOSED FIREWALL UNTIL THEY SUCCESSFULLY AUTHENTICATE. on successfull authentication, the browser of the connecting user is re-directed to a web page BEHIND the firewall, through the port that has just opened up for them. It would be good if your app took the username and password and ported them through to the page to which users will be re-directed, and wrapping the lot in SSL would be an advantage.
