Build a file upload organising web application.

Outline: I need a web application that allows users to upload files that will be organised in a folder hierarchy. By Week Number and Name/Email of user. Client Side - Log in using pre-generated secure password. Unique for each user (mixture of numerical and alphabetical characters (Password cannot be changed only requested from admin if forgotten) Re-captcha form validation. - Choose the week specific folder that their invoice will be for. - Upload the invoice as a .pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .xls only, max file size 3mb in the chosen folder (user can delete entries from their own upload directory) - User and administrator receives a email receipt/data log of any uploads or deleted entries. Admin Side: - Add new users/delete users to the database - Amend user information in the database (i.e password) - Search for users quickly via name, email. - Create new week folder for everyone in bulk - Receives notification if no document has been uploaded into folder after 14 days after initial folder creation. - See attached files - Bootstrap preffered
