Customer who liked also liked... Simple Recommendation engine

I have a clicks stats table with the fields as attached. For these fields I want a 'similarity analysis' - user_id - fromCode, toCode,class I want to end up with a table that is sorted by similarity index. i.e. when I pull up a user_id from table it will show how similar each other user is compared to this user, sorted by the most similar user first i.e. when I pull up any combination of fromCode, toCode,class it will show all deals that are similar, sorted by the most similar combination first --> We use the other fields to give us a similarity of the two analysis. Must be done in Python or PHP and must be able to re-calculate on our server (Ubuntu).
