We need a Linux server that has Nginx, When we upload a 1080p video there should be a few optional options: It should render to the video 3 resolutions like 1080p, 720p and 480p as mp4 HLS264, After that should generate an m3u link, A free html5 player that has resolution options, Cors settings must set to our domain (Anyone shouldn't play the link on their domain), A very simple page that listed uploaded video links (m3u) and names The project must be built with .net core.

Good Day. Can help You quick build/code this system with upload/auto-convert/playlist generation and html5 video player linked. That can be done based on NodeJS (will work more smoothly and speedy with Nginx on your server and minimize avarage server resource usage comparing to .net core based). Tnx.
