Recruitment company Database management web based application 1. There should be one web application for internal usage with access only for authenticated users 2. There will be different roles in system for search, add, delete or edit/update in system. Each user will have specific access rights. 3. While uploading new CV in web application, there will be certain fields like below which need to be populated. Also, if CV already exists there is facility to update CV information.  Reference no  First Name  Last name  Date of birth  Email address  Contact no  Nationality (Option for All too)  Age (Below 40 /Below 50 /Below 55 /All) Along with below information, whose sample data is provided.  Industry  Marine Ranks  Offshore Ranks  Construction Ranks  Marine shore jobs Ranks  Type of ship 4. Below fields will have master web page for View/Add/Edit/Deactivate/Activate facility.  User  Role  Email Template (email content format which can be sent automatically to candidate)  Industry  Marine Ranks  Offshore Ranks  Construction Ranks  Marine shore jobs Ranks  Type of ship 5. In above while entering information, based on value selected in dropdown list of Industry, either of Marine Ranks, Offshore Ranks, Construction Ranks or Marine shore jobs Ranks will be visible. There is possibility that user can select multiple options in any of these dropdown lists. 6. Based on populated values in fields, CV will be uploaded and file’s name will be saved into database along with additional information added in above point. 7. In filter options, based on additional information while uploading new CV, user will be able to search specific CV information using filtration functionality. Also, based on based on value selected in dropdown list of Industry, either of Marine Ranks, Offshore Ranks, Construction Ranks or Marine shore jobs Ranks will be visible. There is possibility that user can select multiple options in any of these dropdown lists, while filtration of CV records. 8. In this CV filter web page, user has facility to select any of active email template and email to all filtered candidates in one click of button. 9. For Mobile Application, there will be new a web service which will expose three web methods for save, get, delete user document information.
