The tricky part I guess matching the hashtag and the news, but that depends on your preference over "sensitivity of the match". Also, in what intervals will the bot needs to perform this task? Is it most trending hashtags or trending new hashtags compared to yesterday or hashtags that trend more than yesterday etc. Also how much degree of separation between the hashtag and the news article you are looking for?
