Telesales for Recruitment Services

eRecruitSmart is an ISO Accredited Recruitment and Advertising Consultancy that provide 28 day recruitment campaigns for their clients. We’re looking for an experienced Telesales Consultant/Telemarketer to help us generate revenue and increase our customer base. This would be an ongoing project for the right candidate and will be at least 12 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include: * Contacting business by telephone and delivering a sales pitch to the relevant person in order to persuade potential clients to use our services * Adjusting your sales pitch to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals * Developing a deep knowledge of our service offerings * Making recommendations to prospects of the various solutions the company offers * Meeting specified quotas and deadlines * Documenting, tracking and monitoring all interactions * Explaining services and prices, and answering questions from prospective clients * Recording names, purchases, and feedback from prospects contacted * Scheduling appointments to meet with prospective clients To be considered for this opportunity, you should have: * A polite telephone manner * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience of working in telesales/telemarketing * Excellent organizational skills * The ability to use your initiative * Excellent time management skills * A complete profile * References or an established reputation (preferred)
