eRecruitSmart is an ISO Accredited Recruitment and Advertising Consultancy that provide 28 day recruitment campaigns for their clients. We’re looking for an experienced Telesales Consultant/Telemarketer to increase our market share within the Commercial sector. This could be an ongoing project for the right candidate and will be for at least 20 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include: * Contacting businesses by telephone and delivering a sales presentation to the relevant person in order to persuade potential clients to use our services * Adjusting your sales presentation to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals * Developing a deep knowledge of our service offerings * Making recommendations to prospects of the various solutions our company offers * Meeting specified quotas and deadlines * Documenting, tracking and monitoring all interactions * Explaining services and prices, and answering questions from prospective clients * Recording names, purchases, and feedback from prospects contacted To be considered for this opportunity, you should have: * A polite telephone manner * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience of working in telesales/telemarketing * Excellent organizational skills * The ability to use your initiative and reach decision makers * Excellent time management skills * A complete profile * References or an established reputation (preferred) It is essential that you have worked within a Sales role.

Hello, I am a Native English speaker. I have seventeen (17 yrs) Years experience as a customer service representative with my previous employment at Federal Express and Fargo Electronic Jamaica. I was also a provisional customs broker at both companies, duties includes customer service procedures such as handling inbound and outbound calls and walk-in customer inquires.
