Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits. • Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements, delivering successful outcomes. • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module to meet client requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients. • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify and implement optimal solutions.
