I am looking for someone to simply determine whether or not the game "Heroes of Newerth" is a game of skill or chance. I am looking for someone to produce a study in which a team of 5 skilled players play against a team of 5 new players 10 times in a row, and study the outcome while documenting the findings. As a control I would like the same two 2 teams of 5 to play 10 games of roulette with one team being black and the other red. Again, I would like the results of this control test documented as well. The purpose of this simple experiment is to produce a documented account of the games skill based nature, proving that skill and not chance is the main determining factor in the outcome of the games. I will produce 5 skill based players for the experiment as well as the novice players. Games URL: [login to view URL]

My scientific background is in Literature and linguistics. I work as a translator and editor with Spanish, English and Bulgarian. I have no experience in statistical calculation, but can participate in the project as a game tester. I am a fan mostly of other genres of games, so I would be one of the newbies.
