Help with website-database-CRM-integration

I need help trying to figure out how to manage a website and contacts data that has the following: 1) Lead capture form (to send out meeting reminders, use of autoresponder campaigns etc) 2) Member based site 3) Has monthly meetings that are promoted on [login to view URL] (two groups on [login to view URL]) 4) Using mailchimp to send monthly email reminders 5) Separate CRM type program to maintain client records etc. I want to figure out how to manage/integrate/automate things so as not to have to duplicate the data in multiple places and/or not have to do it manually. The website is a word press website. Also, if clients are creating a member profile to gain access to a members only site how does this all fit together. What are your suggestions to make things much easier and efficient. Thanks, Jason
