Automatic Data Formatting - Excel Programming - Catalog/Line Sheet

Hi, We are looking for someone who can hand us an excel program or any other solution which will easily allow us to do the following: Take a series of data on a worksheet and create a method so that it will be automatically formatted in a 2nd worksheet according to a set of rules. We have attached a zip file containing an example of the data. In that file, the Source Data worksheet would be an example of what we'd put there. The Results1 and Results2 sheets in the file would be an example of what we'd want it to look like after it has been formatted. We plan to use this to create catalogs for our business. We will be updating the Source Data sheet regularly with new information as we add new products to our offerings. We plan to have several price fields in the source data worksheet, and each worksheet might call a different price field so that we can produce catalogs with different pricing for different kinds of customers. We are open to someone creating an application that would process these files using css and outputting to a webpage where we could print pdf. However, we require the ability to add a footer at the bottom of each page, as well as a page number. If you have any questions, please ask for clarification. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
