GridReports

I am not sure of all the tech terms. I have data that lives in sql. There are a few tables and images. I need to make a report similar to the one attached here called sample grid. I realize there are going to be many questions. I would post sample databases but they are large and I don't know how to break them down to a sample size. so i have posted a few pdf's of table layouts and some data. Here is a basic description of the data. Mostly all Real Estate Mls Data with Photos(jpg files). There are a few tables/databases that are involved in the report. It is a 1 to many relationship Grid Data Mail Table1 The subject property (1) linked unique field is (ID) linked or relates to the many (ID1). also note the field called RecID. That is the subject ID with a added code at the end. Most of the data for the grid report will be in 1 table but the photos OR images are found by the field called APN and live in a directory called PhotosByApn. Grid Data Main Table2 is a different version/view of Grid Data Main Table1 Grid Data 3 matched to Grid Data Main Table 1 by dsbl to ID fields TV will be used and calculated to be displayed on the top of the GridReport. Grid Data2 links to GridDataMainTable1 by (subjectId to ID) and then (CompId to ID1). Some of this data appears on the Grid Report. Fields List is just a table where the data comes from before it gets to Grid Data Main Table 1 Its is not necessary to pay attention to this table at this time.
