Data Analyst

We are currently looking for someone that can help us design actionable reporting and dashboards for our subscription-based e-commerce company. Responsibilities will include: Mining data from primary and secondary sources (SQL database, Google Analytics, Social Media Platforms, Email Marketing, etc.), then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine. Connecting our SQL data source to reporting applications such as Power BI to create visual reports that can show us KPIs and Business Drivers, Customer Analytics, and more that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Collaborating with programmers and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance. Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Ability to understand and use SQL Microsoft Excel Power User Familiar and comfortable with reporting applications such as Power BI, Tableau, or JasperSoft Understanding of E-commerce and Subscription landscape is a plus Ability to take a project from concept to launch Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and comfort with telecommunication methods (email, phone, video)
