Native Italian speaker needed for Amazon Customer support service

Hello, we are based in germany but are also selling our products on Amazon Italy, France, UK and Spain. We need your help for the customer service of our italian customers. We looking for a long time cooperation with you. Following need to be done: - You need daily 10-20 minute of time so you can answer our Customer emails. They always need to be answered within 24 hours. Most of the time you can use text templates so it is just copy and paste. - It is very important that all emails are answered professional and that all answers of customers are answered. - In some rare cases (1-3 per month maybe) it is necessary to call the customer by phone. For example when customer is angry or not satisfied with a order and leaves bad feedback for us on amazon. Then you need to call her and handle the problems with her so she removes the bad feedback again. - If you have questions or need any help we are always there for you. So communication between you and us is very important. - We will forward all the amazon italy emails to your email address so you can answer all from there. We will pay you 2€ for every email that you send to the customers. For 90% of the emails you can use text templates that you just need to copy and paste to the customer. And we will pay you 8€ for every customer that you need to call. In some rare cases it is necessary to call customer 2-3 times to handle the problem but in most situations one short call should be fine. thank you
