Please confirm if any additional features you may need 1. user login / membership functions 2. Save function of the data, 3. Download as pdf 4. Payment / donation links ? Please discuss. Hi, I like the look of the first tab. I think we should make the web page exactly as is - with the same colours and layout. I personally prefer to have everything on one page instead of some wizardy style. My name is Richard and I am from New Zealand, we're GMT+13 here in case you are wondering. My idea would be to add a Submit/Post/Calculate button, which will then bring up the next page with 2 tabs - being Daily and Amortization tab headers to switch between the two generated tables. Hello, I would like to help you with your mortgage calculator. After looking on the attached spreadsheet and your latest comments, I think that having a wizard for the user's input is a good idea. All the formulas, used on the calculations, could be stored on a database table, Hence your online calculator will be dynamically driven. Your online calculator could offer the feature of exporting the calculation results onto a CSV file which could be opened with Excel , by the end user. Best Regards, Marlon

Hi, I read your brief and have 2 ideas how to implement it. 1. I can create a wesite in ASP.NET, C# and keep data in a DB (Microsoft or Oracle). Only problem will be were with hosting of this application because you need a domain (this I want to discuss with you); 2. A windows application(WinForm or WPF) and a DB (not sure, now, what DB to use but we can discuss) to keep values and you can send to client exe file . For first part (Calculator) we can have a form that these data can be introduced and for Daily and Amortization we can have information shown in a gridview and user can export to excel or pdf if you want. This looks like a simple job to me. I have seen the Debt Acceleration Formulas Sheet and it looks like what we will have to do is to create a wizard to accept the information from the user and once the information is in the system. User can generate the two reports in the second and third tab from a menu in the website. Furthermore, we can give the user option to authenticate himself and login to the web portal to see/modify his loan status at a later stage.

I've done this exact job before and I can show you it if you want. Unfortunately I can't see where the attached excel document is. I'm on mobile right now, and will see if I can find it on desktop when I'm able to later. If I can find it I'll edit my bid accordingly. Basically what I do for this type of job is setup a simple html page with the inputs and then just have a space to put the outputs as just simple text under headers. Then, I go through the excel sheet, trace the equations, and translate them to JavaScript. After that, I'll add in charts or however you want the output represented. Then I can go and make the rest of the thing aesthetically pleasing. I personally think it's best to have the input and output all on the same page and able to calculate without having to refresh. I've had a client request the input be a step-by-step process all across seperate pages, which can be annoying if the user wants to edit an input. I really like doing this type of work, message me and we can figure out the details.

I was unable to find the attached document. Perhaps this is due to me using the mobile application. I will take a look on my desktop computer once I return home. I have a lot of experience with Excell and similar spreadsheet software as well as JavaScript, HTML, C# and SQL
