As an individual heavily reliant on email communications received through webmail, I have recently experienced the need for a more resilient, alternative solution for storing and accessing my emails offline. This need arises in an effort to lessen the load on my mailbox size. I am seeking a talented IT professional with experience in implementing solutions for offline email storage and access. The person taking on this project should have a strong understanding of email clients, email organization and storage, and operating system interoperability. Essential Features and Requirements: - Search Capability: The solution should include a robust search function. This is to ensure the emails I need can be easily found when stored offline. - File Attachment Support: I often deal with attachments in my correspondence. As such, the ability for the solution to support email attachments is critical. - Organize Emails by Folders: As part of this project, I would like the solution to offer the capability to organize emails in specific folders. - Compatible with Windows: While I currently access my emails primarily via Windows, I would appreciate if the solution could be scalable to accommodate other operating systems in the future.
