I have a windows forms application which was designed in Microsoft Visual Studio (Visual Basic). It is being used by about 20 users. Some of these users have PC’s and some have Mac’s. The Mac users run the application in conjunction with Parallels. The program has been in use for over 10 years. I am having trouble with installations onto new computers. These installations are still done by posted CD’s in the mail. 1. I need a freelancer to run code analysis and correct any error/warning codes. 2. Most of all, I need a freelancer to correct any problems in the install files. (currently installshield, however clickonce would be OK) 3. If possible, I would like the install program to be available to users from the web (Preferably Microsoft Azure). 4. If possible, I would like the program to be updateable by me from the web (Preferably Microsoft Azure). The source code would be made available. I have an existing account in Microsoft Azure.

Hi, I am a Windows expert dev, with more 10 years experience. 1. I need a freelancer to run code analysis and correct any error/warning codes. Ok. send me the source code to have a look. 2. Most of all, I need a freelancer to correct any problems in the install files. (currently installshield, however clickonce would be OK) We can use ClickOnce, or create a new setup using InnoInstall instead of InstallShield. 3. If possible, I would like the install program to be available to users from the web (Preferably Microsoft Azure). If we use ClickOnce you need a remote location where deploy the binaty files. In case you want use a setup file we can copy it on a remote folder and send the link to the users. 4. If possible, I would like the program to be updateable by me from the web (Preferably Microsoft Azure). Do you mean you want copy the setup in Azure by yourself? Regards Armando

Hi! I have plenty of experience one working with desktop applications based on the .net framework, I have no problem inspecting your code and determine were it needs to be updated for newer versions. It will help if you have specific reproduction steps to reproduce errors. I am also confortable working with Azure to implmente an auto update mechanism. Please let me know if interested, Sergio
