Convert PDF content to label printer friendly format

We have PDF label sheets (see attached sample) that contain 30 address label sized items that are normally printed on sheets of labels (1 x 2.62" ea), 30 per sheet. We would like to print the contents of these pdf's on individual labels using a Zebra printer (like the 2844), which prints on rolls of 1x2.62" labels.
