I am looking for an Arduino coder, MQTT savvy who can assist with an expert level to work with me for this project and other projects expected to come in the futur. The actual projet is not complex, however, the requirements and complexity will increase over the coming months. Specifics: - The project initially involves an Arduino board acting as the Management module for a water treatment system. The module must take control of the following: - a water flow sensor, - a backup 12V battery to activate when the 110V or the 220V source goes down - an electrolysis module that must generate 2A and can adjust Voltage accordingly to maintain a stable 2A. - a lcd display the information - a connection to wifi/LoraWan/LTE for real time data transmission - a MQTT broker. I have a good idea of the sensors I want to use, but I am open to suggestions from the coder. Skills and Experience: - Ability to provide suggestion for the type of board required (Arduino and others) - Strong knowledge and experience in Arduino coding and hall effect sensor integration. - Strong understanding of the mobility world (importance of limiting data consumption and battery usage) - Familiarity with a variety of sensors and their integration into Arduino projects. - Ability to work on an expert complexity level project. Please provide examples of previous Arduino projects and sensor integration work. See below a high level spec sheet of the requirements: # Description of Requirements 1.1 Management Module 1.1.1 Chipset that allow the following 1.1.1.2 Connect a Flow/ Sensor 1.1.1.3 Electrolysis Management (voltage, amperage) 1.1.1.4 Management of the 30Ah 12V Battery 1.1.1.5 In case of data transmission failure, attempt to reconnect and retain memory content for the duration of the outage 1.1.1.6 Equipped with an internal battery for operation during power outages. Should be able to support a 12V battery. 1.1.1.7 Real-time data transmission to the MQTT server 1.2 Server - Module Management 1.2.1 Ability to manually adjust voltage or amper setting remotely to maintain the desired dialysis. 1.2.2 Remote code update 1.2.2 Remote firmware update 1.2.3 Remote restart 1.2.4 Automatic connection to the network 1.2.5 Manual identification 1.2.6 Definition of a logbook (alarms, error code creation, error messages, and retention in a log) 1.2.7 Capable of validating battery performance (discharge speed, remaining %, max capacity) 1.6 Server - General Management 1.6.1 Generate pre-formatted reports 1.6.2 Access to data online on a secure server 1.6.3 Retention of treatment data (type of treated water, flow, volume, number of uses, hours, and dates)
