Copy List Of Names From External Site & Upload To Database

I need a script that will copy all of the artist's names listed on this site: [login to view URL] (all pages 0-9, A to Z), and then upload them to a table in our database. We only need the artists names, not the text that is next to some of the artists. We then need a page where it will lists artists 0-9, A to Z similar to how it is on the [login to view URL] site.
