VB.net app for scheduled download of web data

**Only experienced programmers, able to communicate in excellent English !!** **Must pay attention to detail** Required: A Visual Basic .Net (framework 2.0) application with a graphical user interface that permits the scheduled and recurring download of records from a database published on the website: [login to view URL] The records must be extracted from the html page (by following the link of each record). Only records that appeared since the last check must be downloaded. The records downloaded must be saved in an xml tagged file. Each xml file must have the following info (which can be accessed on the website by clicking on each record): * Transaction * Issuing institution * Person obliged to notify * Product * Buy/Sell Quantity * Price And additionally a user defined * date and time tag * URL location of the individual records Programs must be able to: * let the user set the timer intervals in seconds * must keep a log of the records that have already been downloaded * Save the downloaded record in a user specified location * An initialization option to let the user download all records from the entire database **Attention: Before bidding make sure you are aware about the difficulties extracting the data from the webpage. When bidding, explain how you want to grab the content of the web page.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
