Run time compiler in c# or vb.net

This is an application to compile at runtime code using codedom features of the dot. Net framework. The application will consist of a user interface (form) that will allow user to add code fragments (basically in vb.net but could also be in c#) to a multiline text box control. The code fragments will be copied from visual studio editor and pasted into the text box control. Basically, the code fragments will be in correct shape for the compiler to compile (class declarations, method declarations etc) After research I have found some web links that confirm these requirements can be met.
