Se procederá a modelar la base de datos con base en los procedimientos actuales para hacer las migraciones desde Laravel a la base de datos. sobre estos mismos procesos se van a detallar los controladores y las vistas asociadas a cada controlador. Se estima 2 meses y medio para el desarrollo tomando en consideración pruebas y ajustes se incluye como entregable el proyecto completo, el deploy del mismo, el diccionario de datos y un manual sobre la operación
