Hi, I'm looking for a developer/team who would be able to create scheduling platform. It should consist of an administrative panel setting up resource definition, based on which it will automatically assign shifts. In addition there should be an android app, which will allow employees to see their shifts. No fancy graphics, simple design. Please come with some initial pricing/way of billing, cause I need to know if that fits my budget
